The 2000 ha game reserve upon which Mount Savannah is built, is home to rhino, buffalo, giraffe, kudu, red hartebeest, impala, zebra as well as a variety of birdlife.

	THE ELEPHANT SANCTUARY Wild Life in Hartbeespoort dam The Elephant Sanctuary, Hartbeespoort is home to five of these elephants, Mosadi, Themba, Khumba, Mvuso and Amarula whom you will get to meet. Each elephant has its own personality, likes and dislikes, and your guide will facilitate you getting to know them personally.

	THE ANN VAN DYK CHEETAH CENTRE Wild Life in Hartbeespoort dam The Cheetah Centre in South Africa was established in 1971, initially as a cheetah breeding project and the Centre has during the past 40 years bred over 800 cheetah cubs. Various conservation projects have been initiated since its inception which also inlcudes a successfulAfrican wild dog breeding programme.

	PREDATOR WORLD Wild Life in Rustenburg Predator World is a modern, growing zoo, specializing, as its name suggests, in predators. They have a wide range of animals for you to see, including: White lions, normally coloured lions, leopards, cheetahs, brown hyenas, spotted hyenas, jackals, vultures, African wild dogs, meerkats, caracals, serval cats, small and large spotted genets, a reptile house, Ernie the Raccoon and his girlfriend, Marmosets, a Coati Mundi, and a variety of birds.

	LION PARK Lion Park in Cradle of Humankind The Lion Park was first established in November 1966 by the world famous Chipperfields Circus. It is conveniently situated in the middle of the Gauteng-Tshwane complex and the climate is typical of the Highveld and thus ideal for indigenous Highveld fauna. Hence, most of the indigenous animals that are seen at the Lion Park are quite at home.
